Congratulations to our 2008/2009 competitive team which consists of 62 dancers who are truly dedicated to the art of dance. How do we know this … because they dance from 7 to 15 hours a week and love every minute of it! Their hard work and passion for dance was shown in the amazing results at all 4 competitions they attended this season. Beginning in Mississauga at Candance, then in Guelph for Rhythm Dance, next here at home for the Kiwanis Festival and we finished off at the American Dance Awards in Ottawa.

Our team won numerous first place awards, overall awards, dance scholarships and Title awards.  Our teachers also received a number of choreography awards for their hard work.  Our dancers were recognized by adjudicators choice awards for their technical ability, showmanship & overall excellence in the art of dance.

Our dancers in the HID competitive team have dreams which they know only great determination, dedication, self-discipline and full hearted effort will make them come true.  We see these attributes daily in our team from our youngest Small Fry to our Senior dancers.  They realize that their success is based on commitment to the team and to the personal sacrifices they must make because of their love and dreams of dance!
