Happiness is… Dancing is a family based business that has been bringing the love of performing arts to the children of Sudbury since September 1993. Growing from less than 60 students to 550 today the studio at 866 Newgate off Notre Dame has expanded from two studios to four studios and a vocal studio. Dancers of all ages and abilities are able to find classes in all disciplines from Nursery, PreDance, Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Musical Theatre and the ever popular Hip Hop. As well we offer vocal training from ages 4 and up.

HID was voted Sudbury’s Favourite Dance School in the Readers Choice Awards in the Sudbury Star. We are very proud of this acknowledgement and strive to give all the students here at HID the highest quality of dance education while still having fun!! The best reward for all the staff here at HID is to have instilled the love of performing arts in the children who attend.

We have stickers to help encourage the small children. HID has an annual Christmas party for the students and their families and an annual year end recital with medals and certificates. The studio offers discounts for students in multiple classes with siblings enrolled in classes.
